As one of my hands-down favorite bars in Jax FL, Grape and Grain Exchange in San Marco gets a visit from me whenever I have guests from out of town. Highlights:
1. High-quality liquor, fresh mixers 2. Average $10/drink
3. Casual ambience where even the most casual can show up comfortably (I’ve shown up in sweats and a hoodie before, right after a soccer game) 4. 1920’s-style Speakeasy in the back (but you didn’t hear it from me ;)) 5. Charming part of town
One tricky note: Parking is limited and sometimes tricky, but it's worth the walk!
