Sprint Intervals

Goal Duration: 30 minutes+

30 seconds Spring

60 seconds of bodyweight exercises

Examples: push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, squats, bear crawls, plank hold, leg lifts, etc.

Endurance Run:

6.2 miles/10K

Cross Training:

30-60 minutes swim, bike, dance, or rollerblade

Games:

Co-Ed Outdoor Sunday Afternoon and Women's Indoor Wednesday Evening
