Holy hell this sprint workout was a killer! I took about 1:45 to do .20 miles for each lap and a 1:15 rest. Topped it off with a half field (40m) bear crawl.
I can see how this mirrors what you’re supposed to do in soccer, so I’m excited to add this to my twice-a-week, tailored sprint exercises.
